Watch how Zupply turns a Publix receipt into shopping intelligence.
Grocery intelligence that actually helps.
Zupply quietly learns what you buy, where, and how often. The list, pantry, and insights all get sharper with every trip.
Open Zupply at Costco and the list reorders for Costco. Items here float to the top, items elsewhere sink. A 30-minute timer auto-resets on activity.
Snap a photo, pick from gallery, or upload a PDF. Gemini Vision reads it, identifies the store, matches your list, captures every discount, and warns on duplicates.
Items flow from confirmed receipts into your pantry. A health bar shows fresh, aging, and stale counts based on your personal cadence, not generic shelf life.
Paste a recipe URL or YouTube link. Zupply pulls ingredients, cross-checks your pantry, and offers to add what you're missing. Browse community recipes from your household.
Save the specific products you actually buy as variants. Photos, links, notes per GGIM item. Default guidance, never a hard constraint.
Monthly spending sparkline, store frequency, savings tally, price memory. Ambient and only when meaningful. No finger-wagging.
Share lists, pantry, receipts, and activity across the household. See who added what, who scanned what, and coordinate trips without group texts.
Smart list suggestions weekly. Recurring items add themselves when due. Monthly household report. Less typing, fewer reminders.
Quiet milestones for first receipt, fifth, tenth, three stores, first month. Tip engine that watches your maturity and surfaces features when you're ready.
Theming follows your system, or pick your own. Designed for late-night list edits and bright-aisle shopping alike.
Your data lives in your private cloud account. No ads, no selling, no tracking. Export anytime.
Most grocery apps are digital notepads. Zupply is different. It learns deeply from receipts, store visits, and your household, then quietly puts that knowledge to work.
What you buy, where, how often, what you typically pay, which stores you prefer for which categories. All inferred from your real receipts and visits.
Each store builds a profile from receipts and visits. Costco for bulk, Publix for produce, the Asian market for specialty. Used to reorder your list when you walk in.
Tracks purchase intervals per item and predicts when you will need to restock. Surfaces as gentle suggestions, not nagging notifications.
Zupply tracks how engaged you are and unlocks tips, milestones, and insights at the right moment. Power users see different surfaces than week-one users.
Zupply detects which store you walked into and rebuilds the list around it. Items the store carries float up, the rest sink.
Triggers on app open and on return to the list screen. No constant background tracking.
Saved ZoviaPlaces, Google Places address match, name and alias match, then location fallback. Confidence-scored across all four.
Items grouped into Assigned, Definitely Available, Possibly Available, and Other Stores. Truth hierarchy: your assignments beat receipts beat the global index.
Visit auto-times-out after thirty minutes of inactivity, then nudges you to scan the receipt while it is fresh.
Every receipt teaches Zupply. Prices, stores, what you bought, what discount you caught. The intelligence compounds.
Camera, gallery, or PDF. Gemini 2.0 Flash extracts line items, prices, quantities, categories, and discounts.
Cryptic codes like 'BRN EGGS 12CT' resolve to real products. Matching memory learns your personal vocabulary as you confirm receipts.
Warns when a scan looks like a receipt you have already saved, before you waste a credit.
Instant, coupon, member, sale, promotion. Each captured separately so the savings tally is accurate, not a single line item.
Right after confirming a receipt, see what you completed, what you missed, and what new items you picked up unplanned.
Post-scan carousel: total saved, repeat staples, weight check, category trend. Quiet context, not a dashboard you have to visit.
Re-run matching on a saved receipt with no credit cost. Useful when GGIM coverage improves over time.
Credits deducted only when extraction succeeds. Failed scans never count.
From empty list to learned routine.
Type and pick from the GGIM catalog with auto-categories. Add quantities and notes. Filter by category chip.
Walk in, the list reorders. Tap to complete. The 30-minute timer keeps the visit alive on activity.
Camera, gallery, or PDF. Confirm the matches and discounts. Trip balance and insight tiles surface immediately.
Confirmed items flow into the pantry. The health bar tells you what is fresh, aging, or stale based on your cadence.
Premium reveals price memory and cycle predictions. Gold adds auto-add and the monthly household report.
Full list functionality is always free. Intelligence unlocks with Premium.

Most grocery apps are digital notepads — they help you type faster but do not help you think better. Zupply is a shopping intelligence layer. It learns from receipts, knows which store you walked into, tracks the pantry, imports recipes, and surfaces insights only when they actually mean something. It remembers so you do not have to.
When you open Zupply at or near a store, it identifies the store using a four-tier system (saved places, Google Places address, name match, then location fallback) and confidence-scores the match. The list reorders into Assigned, Definitely Available, Possibly Available, and Other Stores. A 30-minute visit timer resets on activity and nudges you to scan the receipt when the trip ends.
Take a photo, pick from gallery, or upload a PDF. Gemini 2.0 Flash extracts line items, prices, quantities, categories, and discounts. Zupply identifies the store, matches items to your list (using your personal matching memory), and warns if the receipt looks like a duplicate. You review and confirm before anything saves. After confirming, you see a trip balance strip and a carousel of receipt insight tiles.
Failed scans never deduct a credit. If matching is off, you can edit line items inline. If GGIM coverage improves later, you can reprocess any saved receipt for free — no new credit cost — and the matches update.
Every new account gets 50 welcome scans that never expire. On top of that, you get a monthly allotment (5 Free, 15 Premium, 25 Gold) that resets on the 1st. Monthly credits are used first to preserve your starters. Need more? Booster packs that never expire. Credits only deduct when extraction succeeds.
Confirmed receipt items flow into the pantry automatically. Each item has a status (plenty, some, low, out) you can tap to cycle. The health bar at the top shows fresh, aging, and stale counts based on your personal cadence, not generic shelf life. Stale items get a cleanup sheet with one-tap archive.
Yes. Paste any recipe URL or a YouTube cooking video. Zupply extracts ingredients via schema.org structured data, with a Gemini fallback for sites without it. Each ingredient is cross-checked against your pantry so you see exactly what is missing. Household members can share recipes with each other and filter by cuisine.
Variants are the specific products you actually buy under a generic list item. 'Milk' on your list, but in reality you buy a specific half-gallon glass-bottle brand. Save it as a variant with a photo, link, and notes. Set a default for guidance. Variants never block completing an item — they are memory, not constraints.
Your shopping data lives in your private cloud account. We do not show ads, sell data, or share with retailers. Insights are computed in your account, on demand. You can export everything anytime.
Household sharing is free for everyone, with no member cap. Share the list, pantry, receipts, and activity feed across the whole household. See who added what, who scanned what, and who is at the store right now. No upgrade required.
List, pantry, and recipe browsing work offline thanks to a local cache. Receipt scanning needs internet for OCR. Edits sync automatically when you are back online.
