  • Display name (optional)
  • Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)
  • Authentication tokens (if you use Google or Apple Sign-In)

Your Calendar & Activity Data

The events and activities you create in Zyve:

  • Calendar events: Titles, dates, times, durations, descriptions
  • Activity presets: Reusable templates you create (e.g., "Soccer Practice", "Dentist Appointment")
  • Locations: Places you add to events (addresses, venue names)
  • Participants: Names or emails of people you add to events
  • Notes: Any notes you add to events
  • Reminders: When you want to be notified before events
  • Recurring patterns: Daily, weekly, or custom repeat schedules

AI Features & Location Intelligence

When you use Zyve's AI-powered location features:

  • Google Places API: When you search for locations, we query Google Places to provide autocomplete suggestions and venue details.
  • AI Location Summaries: We use AI to generate helpful summaries about places (hours, what to expect, tips). This uses AI credits.
  • Place photos: Photos from Google Places are displayed (not stored by us, cached temporarily)
  • AI Credit Usage: We track how many AI summaries you request to manage your weekly credit allocation.

Important: Zyve does NOT track your physical location. We only use locations you manually add to calendar events.

Shared Calendars (Spaces)

If you use Spaces to share calendars with others (family, friends, roommates, work teams, etc.):

  • Space names (e.g., "Family Calendar", "Roommate Schedule")
  • Email addresses of members you invite
  • Member permissions (viewer, editor, admin)
  • All members can see shared calendar events and activity presets

  • Crash reports and error logs (to fix bugs)
  • Which features you use (not your event details)
  • Performance metrics (load times, sync speed)
